- Verdengelung, Strategy:
- two files, one with acoustic features at fixed frame rate,
another one with syntactic features per word. From this, mapping
to one file for training/testing, with either syntactic info
mapped on all acoustic points within the next word (for learning
at fixed frames), or acoustic features mapped onto nearest word
boundary (for learning at word boundaries).
Also, have gold versions of features (hand-coded words &
boundaries) and honey (ASR, incr parsers)
- Papers, strategy:
- shoot for Jan 10th ACL deadline, after that, can relax a little
bit with this project and start to focus on building system; a
little bit on incremental evaluation etc..
- next attempt for big paper then (if necessary) at CoLing.
